Over the past 15 years Vanguard Mortgage & Title, Inc. has established close working relationships with other reputable mortgage companies throughout the United States. Each company specializes in providing reverse mortgages for Seniors who live in states where Vanguard Mortgage is either not yet licensed or in which we not yet have dedicated Reverse Mortgage Loan Specialist located.
If your home -- or your parent's or a relative's home -- is located in a state in which we do not yet offer reverse mortgages, we recommend and urge you to call the Reverse Mortgage Division Director, Ana Blanco-Logsdon, at 301-345-2272 so that she can introduce you to a Reverse Mortgage Specialist in your state.
Of course, we cannot guarantee the performance of those mortgage companies. However, we would be happy to assist you in gathering and evaluating information on reverse mortgages and in contacting these outstanding companies.
These lenders are all members of NRMLA, are licensed to originate reverse mortgages, and have agreed to abide by the NRMLA Code of Conduct.
